Our Position

As an Area Account Manager you will build a deep relationship with your customers (mainly converter/distributor partners and direct customers within industrial markets) and you will make sure to offer Nitto's solutions in multiple ways.

• Account Planning: Develop and implement an account plan with objectives, forecasts, and budget, aligned with business plans and sales management. Regularly update the plan based on trends and developments.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and build relationships with customers through regular visits, monitor their performance, and act as a business partner. Ensure follow-up actions are taken.
• New Business Development: Identify and realize new business opportunities, develop new customer relationships, and ensure business deals are formalized into contracts.
• Market and Needs Analysis: Analyze customer needs and market developments, including new technologies and competition, and report findings internally.
• Stakeholder Mapping: Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Reporting: Ensure periodic quantitative and qualitative reports are prepared according to defined formats and procedures.

Your Profile

Area Account Managers are key listeners towards our customers! You are curious by nature and always go the extra mile to think with your customer about how we canprovide different solutions to their questions.

To become our newArea Account Manager, you immediately recognize yourself in the following profile:

• You preferably have approximately 5 years of experience in a comparable technical sales role
• Experience within adhesives/automotive/renewable energy industry desirable within B2B environment
• You are fluent in Italian and English
• You have a conceptual and analytical mindset with focus on your customer
• You are curious for new technologies!
