Quality Control Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join our team and support projects in the mechanical and industrial sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with international standards and project-specific quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define quality requirements based on project specifications.


• Prepare material specifications to be included in purchase orders.


• Develop and implement the Quality Control Plan and NDE map (including RT inspection points).


• Manage ASME U Stamp certification activities and ensure PED compliance.


• Review standard procedures and integrate project-specific requirements.


• Supervise and coordinate instrument calibration.


• Monitor NDE inspections during fabrication.


• Prepare, review, and validate all quality control documentation and reports.

Requirements

• Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.


• Basic knowledge of welding processes and NDE methods (RT, UT, MT, PT).


• Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASME, PED, EN, API).


• Strong organizational and documentation skills.


• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.


• Good command of English, both written and spoken.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
