Position

We are seeking a Mechanical and Thermal specialist,belonging to protected categories (“invalidi civili”, L. 68/99),who will join the Mechanical and Thermal Engineering Team and you will have the following responsibilities.

Tasks and Duties:

-Development and updating of mechanical drawings in 2D/3D CAD (preferably SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)

-Collaboration with the electrical team for mechanical integration of components into electrical panels and structures

-Preparation of mechanical bills of materials and technical manuals

-Creation of assembly instructions and mounting diagrams

-Support to the production department during assembly and testing phases

-Management of technical changes (Change Requests) and updating of related documentation.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of prior experience in light metalwork or electromechanical equipment production
  • Excellent knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD software
  • Ability to read technical drawings and knowledge of mechanical tolerances
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
  • Precision, attention to detail, and a quality-oriented mindset
  • Experience in managing technical documentation for production

Nice to Have

  • Experience with PDM or project management software
