We’re looking for a driven and experienced Employment Lawyer who can hit the ground running, bring strategic insight, and offer practical solutions to both employers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on employment contracts, terminations, workplace disputes, and regulatory compliance
• Represent clients in tribunals and court proceedings
• Conduct workplace investigations and provide training sessions
• Draft and review employment documentation and policies
• Work collaboratively within a dynamic legal team

Qualifications

• yrs + admitted to the bar
• Qualified Lawyer with 5+ years PQE in employment law
• Strong track record in contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commercial awareness and practical problem-solving approach
