Offerta

The Head of Operations, reporting to the Country Manager, will have the following key responsibilities:

• Define the operational strategy in collaboration with the Country Manager and the management team, translating the company vision into concrete plans with clear and measurable objectives.
• Structure and optimize business processes, implementing procedures, quality standards, and KPI systems to ensure efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
• Lead and supervise national operations, coordinating the team.
• Support and develop team managers, promoting training, digital innovation, and a culture focused on results and continuous improvement.
• Manage commercial relationships, working closely with the Sales team.
• Be hands‑on in the field, monitoring daily activities, assisting teams in solving complex issues, and ensuring proper resource allocation and compliance with standards.

Competenze ed esperienza

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proven experience in operational or executive leadership roles.
• Ability to combine strategic vision with a hands‑on operational approach, maintaining strong field presence.
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and change management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities with clients and stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of KPI monitoring systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in major digital and management tools.
