We are looking for a Junior Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Public Transport Systems

IVU Traffic Technologies Italia is looking for a Junior Sales Manager to strengthen our sales team and contribute to the success of our projects.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Sales Management: Draft and negotiate commercial offers, services and partnerships with clients and suppliers

Representing IVU: Manage, prepare and deliver presentations for clients and at promotional events and clientsites

Post-sale Activities: Ensure continuous customer care to identify new needs, issues, or areas for improvement

Project Management: Monitor projects, ensure timely identification of potential client issuesand conduct market analyses. This includes risk assessments and mitigation

Organisational Tasks: Evaluate cost estimates and draft technical and financial proposals for public tenders. This includes reviewing and coordinating contributions from other teams

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Transport or a related field

Strong organizational and negotiation skills

Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset

Excellent drafting and communication abilities (public speaking ability included)

Very good knowledge of Italian, advanced knowledge of English (both written and spoken), knowledge of Spanish or German is considered a plus

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Willingness to go onshort business trips in Italy and abroad
