We are a family-owned company operating in the light sheet metal and metalworking sector. For 40 years, we have been producing luxury furniture, especially for outdoor use, and solutions for medicine storage. Currently, 60% of our production is exported across three continents.

To strengthen our organization, we are recruiting a Personal Assistant to COO with sales attitude.

You will support a wide range of administrative and sales activities, playing a key role in our management team.

Main responsibilities

  • Manage the COO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and coordinate materials for board meetings and other executive functions.
  • Act as a liaison between the COO and the family.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations, setting priorities.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the organization.
  • Work with patience, empathy, and adaptability.
  • Provide personal support to the COO, managing personal tasks efficiently.
  • Manage commercial contacts with Italian and foreign customers, reporting directly to the COO.
  • Assist in software transition, helping to improve and transfer customer-product databases from the old to the new system over three months.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Native or fluent in Italian and English (C2 level, written and spoken).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (including formulas, charts, tables).
  • Self-starting, confident, assertive, and sensitive.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work, multitask, and find answers with limited information.
  • Excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills for effective interaction and collaboration.
  • Proactive with a pragmatic, can-do attitude.
  • Supportive, approachable, and a strong team player.
  • Trustworthy, capable of handling confidential matters.
  • Able to work under time pressure and highly flexible.

Our offer

  • Open-ended contract after a three-month probation period.
  • Level: 3
  • Gross salary: approximately €1800 on 13 months.
