Role description

MFK is looking for a Sales Assistant based in Rome for the counter in La Rinascente Tritone, with the mission of achieving sell out objectives while promoting the Brand image.

The main responsibilities will be the following :

• Be actively involved to reach the sales targets on all categories
• Cultivate a relationship with customers through an active presence on the shop floor and by providing a unique service and shopping experience in line with the brand philosophy, the corporate image, and communication and CRM guidelines
• Master selling skills to satisfy customer needs
• Act as brand Ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele
• Ensure a high level of standards in Merchandising and Brand image according to corporate guidelines
• Respect Retail Operations procedures and the guidelines provided by HQ
• Use the main IT applications and system, constantly updating any new tools made available by the company with reference to the Salesforce CRM system
• Develop a unique customer experience and irreproachable service, build customer loyalty and develop the customer base
• Monitor stock levels and cooperate with the stock team providing support

Person Specification

• Previous experience in the luxury industry with a customer-oriented attitude
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive results
• Positive Attitude, fragrance passionate and team oriented
• Ability to listen and advise, have a taste for challenges and sales
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
