Job Description

The selected candidate will be based in Rivalta di Torino, the Italian headquarters of Stellantis aftersales and spare parts services.

We are looking for a young motivated and results‑oriented Operational Control Specialist to join our Warehouse in Rivalta (Turin) within the Operational Control Department.

Scope

The role will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing key logistics KPIs and warehouse costs, contributing to continuous improvement of operational efficiency through analysis and reporting tools.

This position provides visibility across logistics and supply chain processes and can represent a significant opportunity for professional growth within the organization.

General Duties

The Operational Control Specialist directly reports to Operational Control Manager.

He/she is Responsible For:

  • Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs (e.g. productivity, volumes, on‑time shipment) to ensure optimal performance.
  • Define workforce planning, based on operational volumes and expected absenteeism.
  • Create periodic reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Access, and Power BI.
  • Support monthly logistics cost reporting in collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Configure WMS set up, ensuring alignment with operational processes.
  • Supervise inventory activities subject to audit, ensuring compliance with SOX procedures and company standards.

Profile / Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance indicators.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint); familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Previous experience in data processing and analysis is preferred.
  • Team‑oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Proactivity, flexibility, and continuous improvement attitude.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and interest in data analysis.
