The Opportunity
As M&A Manager, you will be central to the company's growth strategy in Italy, supporting the full lifecycle of buy-side transactions, strategic investments and greenfield project evaluations.
Working within a collaborative and international environment, you will help drive the acquisition of renewable energy assets, coordinate due diligence processes, build advanced financial models, and support investment decision-making at both local and global levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate due diligence, structuring and negotiation across multiple M&A opportunities
- Manage internal stakeholders and external advisors throughout NBO and BO stages
- Build and analyse detailed financial models and commercial assumptions
- Prepare investment papers, valuations and strategic presentations
- Support the assessment of greenfield project risks, feasibility and strategic options
- Contribute to strategic analysis, portfolio studies and partnership evaluations
- Collaborate with global teams to support business planning and investment approvals
- Build strong working relationships across technical, financial and corporate functions
Skills & Experience
- 4–5+ years' experience in M&A, corporate finance, investment analysis or valuation
- Background in Big 4, investment banking or private equity is advantageous
- Strong technical skills in valuation (FCFF, FCFE), modelling, finance and accounting
- Hands-on M&A due diligence experience is essential
- Experience in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and teamwork skills
- Able to operate autonomously with exceptional attention to detail
- MSc / MBA in Finance or related discipline preferred
