OPERATORE SOCIO SANITARIO / OPERATRICE SOCIO SANITARIO (O.S.S.)

During SpA, regularly authorized by the Ministry of Labour pursuant to D.lgs. 276/03 (Aut. Def. Min. Lav. Prot. 1180/SG of 13/12/04), with branches across the country, is seeking personnel for our client: a Social and Health Operator (O.S.S.) for elderly residential facilities. We are not looking for replacements but for expansion of the team, with the aim of long-term employment in the facility.

Work location: RSA in Sant'Olcese, Genoese territory, a well-established structure.

Contract and working hours: CCNL Anaste, 38 hours per week, three shifts, with extra pay for night shifts, holidays, and overtime.

• Supporting residents with daily hygiene operations
• Assisting with dressing, feeding, and mobilization
• Engaging with residents to promote autonomy where possible
• Providing emotional and relational support

Requirements:

• Qualification as a Social and Health Operator (O.S.S.)
• Experience in the sector or similar fields is a plus, but training will be provided if you are new to the role
• Empathy, patience, and passion for caregiving
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to different daily needs
• Availability to work shifts, including holidays and night shifts
