The Role
We seek skilled and passionate craftsmen, mechanics, and problem solvers to join our depot team as Campervan Technicians. This role is vital for maintaining our fleet to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and memorable journeys.

Based in Rome, you will collaborate with the Central Europe Regional Team, responsible for keeping our campervans in optimal condition, contributing to efficient operations and excellent service. If you enjoy solving mechanical problems and making an immediate impact, we welcome your expertise.

What You Will Work On
Reporting to the Local Leader, your main responsibilities include:

  • Inspect vehicles systematically and diagnose issues in mechanical, electrical, heating, and water systems.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs, including preventive and corrective tasks, light bodywork, spare parts replacement, appliance troubleshooting, and repairs.
  • Coordinate with external partners and suppliers, maintain vehicle information systems, and manage depot equipment and inventory.
  • Assist with daily depot operations such as preparing vehicles, handling reservations, welcoming guests, managing shipments, and organizing supplies.
Who We Are Looking For
  • Educational background or certified training in mechanics, mechatronics, or automotive fields.
  • At least 1+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical repairs; campervan experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian, with good communication skills.
