We are looking for a Direttore/Direttrice Sanitario/a for our RSA.

The selected figure will play a key role in ensuring a high standard of care and support for our guests.

Attività

• Provide medical counseling for the facility's residents, working in synergy with the management and collaborating with hospital specialists and the residents' general practitioners (subject to regional regulations), to ensure appropriate care and assistance.
• Coordinate and manage healthcare activities, specifically verifying health conditions through periodic visits.
• Handle prescriptions for residents under accreditation and contractual frameworks, supervise and control the correct administration of prescribed therapies, ensuring compliance with services performed by nursing, medical and socio-medical support staff.
• Provide periodic reports to the facility management as requested.
• Collaborate with the facility and area management in drafting drug and medical material budgets, monitoring the economic actuals.
• Maintain relationships with the ATS, acting as references for promotion initiatives, preventive health education, and socio-health protection.

Requisiti

• Medical degree with specialization in Geriatrics and/or Neurology.
• At least 3 years of experience in diagnosis and treatment of degenerative pathologies.
• At least three years' previous experience in healthcare/socio-health infrastructure or related organizations.
• Empathy and strong organizational skills.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
