Tender Specialist (Maternity Leave Cover)

As Tender Specialist you will report to the Tenders and Pricing Manager and be responsible for the end-to-end tender process, both below- and above-threshold procedures. You will prepare tender documentation, manage the post‑tender administration, and coordinate with business units (BUs) to ensure all required documents are available for submission.

Main Responsibilities

• Autonomous management of assigned tenders, ensuring correctness of all phases of the tender procedure.
• Check tender status with the relevant BUs.
• Accurate analysis of specifications and monitoring of compliance with deadlines.
• Management of administrative, technical and economic documentation.
• Updating company archives with awarded contracts.
• Preparation of documentation in the post‑tender phase (additions, extensions, improvements).

About You

• At least 2 years of previous tender experience.
• Excel proficient.
• Knowledge of regional tender databases.
• Knowledge of the European Procurement Contract.
