Senior Accountant & Tax

Overview

Lead the full accounting cycle, from coordinating daily tasks and reconciliations to driving a timely month-end close, while continuously improving processes and internal controls (SOPs).

Prepare and deliver insightful financial reports and analysis to management, translating complex data into actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making.

Manage all manufacturing accounting, including costing, inventory valuation, and in-depth variance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve margins.

Partner with commercial teams to support retail and distributor operations, overseeing service invoicing, project profitability reporting, and the financial reconciliation of promotions and rebates.

Direct all corporate tax functions, ensuring accurate compliance and filings, developing strategies to optimize the company\'s tax position, and acting as the primary liaison with tax authorities.

Proactively review financial postings, reconciliations, and tax working papers to ensure accuracy and champion process improvements and automation.

• Direct corporate tax functions, ensure accurate compliance and filings, develop strategies to optimize tax position, and liaise with tax authorities.
• Proactively review financial postings, reconciliations, and tax working papers to ensure accuracy and promote process improvements and automation.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Manufacturing/Industrial, or related.
• 3+ years in finance/accounting, ideally in manufacturing.
• Strong accounting logic and Excel skills.
• Organized, deadline-driven, and collaborative across teams.
• Clear communicator with strong attention to detail.
