Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role at San Clemente Palace Hotel in Venice. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. The role also involves participating in HR projects and initiatives to support the hotel's overall HR strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR management, recruitment, and employee relations
• Background in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of training programs and compliance standards
• Skills in project management and strategic planning
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency with HR software and systems
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
