Contracts Analyst

Randstad Italia, for a multinational company specializing in developing and manufacturing medical devices and surgical products, is looking for a Contract Analyst.

The role involves interpreting complex contracts, efficiently managing processes, and collaborating with sales teams to support business priorities while ensuring data quality in Salesforce.

Place of work: Pratica Di Mare - Pomezia (Roma)

Responsibilities

• managing the entire contract lifecycle, from data entry to reporting;
• using tools such as Excel and Salesforce to create dashboards;
• monitoring accounts;
• analyzing data and supporting sales, legal, marketing, and finance teams;
• participating in process improvement projects;
• managing contract deadlines and supporting the preparation of quotes;
• collaborating with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy in company systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business/technical field, or 5+ years of directly related work experience required;
• 2+ years in contract management with direct work within a contract lifecycle management program;
• experience in salesforce preferred, but not required;
• experience in excel;
• strong background in a multi-discipline environment with the need for high flexibility;
• ability to partner with key stakeholders in driving goals;
• ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities;
• ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment;
• highly organized with excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
