Digital Product Designer

About The Job

We’re looking for a talented and driven Digital Product Designer to join our team.

You’ll be responsible for designing and building user-focused digital platforms, products, and services across a variety of industries. You’ll help shape ideas from concept to launch, combining creativity, strategy, and a strong sense of design to craft experiences that are both functional and visually striking.

A solid understanding of AI-driven design tools and how to use automation to enhance your workflow will be key for this role.

What You’ll Do

• Bring client visions to life through research, benchmarking, sketching, prototyping, and user testing.
• Participate in design thinking and co-creation workshops to align teams and define product goals.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across UX, strategy, and development.
• Use AI-assisted tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, testing, and iteration.
• Understand business requirements and technical constraints to guide design decisions.
• Make strategic UX and UI decisions for both new and existing features.
• Identify pain points and craft thoughtful, user-friendly solutions.
• Translate ideas and user stories into flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Create visually compelling interfaces that elevate the overall user experience.
• Build and evolve design systems that scale consistently across digital products.

Requirements

• Have 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX / UI Designer in a digital agency.
• Understand and apply end-to-end UX and UI design processes.
• Have experience using AI and design automation tools to improve efficiency and creativity.
• Are confident designing mobile-first and responsive experiences.
• Are creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
• Are proficient in Figma, and other collaboration tools.
• Communicate clearly—both visually and verbally. (Arabic is a plus.)
• Have an impressive portfolio that showcases your design process and outcomes.
• Stay calm under pressure and welcome constructive feedback.
