Junior Accounting Specialist - Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist – Fixed Term Contract.

Mission:

- Keep the company books in full compliance with laws and internal instructions. - Capture the requirements for, and verify the conformity and accuracy of, the company’s financial reporting.

What will you do?

  • Record regular business transactions via journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and participate in the closing process.
  • Provide explanations of facts, policies, and practices related to the accounting area.
  • Ensure compliance with financial transaction recording standards (e.g., general ledger, cash payments/collections, tax transactions).
  • Control and reconcile accounts and records (balance sheet, P&L, bank accounts, etc.).
  • Prepare accounting reports/schedules for internal (management reporting) and/or external audiences (compliance reporting), including consolidation of financial statements, cash‑flow reporting, and budget reporting.
  • Perform cost consolidation of financial statements, cash‑flow reporting, and budget reporting.
  • Handle cost accounting and budgeting (allocation of direct/indirect costs, variance analysis, budget preparation).
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and/or credit & collections.

What will help you to be successful?

  • Master of Science in Finance, Controlling, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills (MS Excel).
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work.
