We are looking for our Sr. Maintenance Coordinator to join a growing team! You’ll report to the Retail Operations Manager and you will be part of the Retail team.

With your knowledge and background, you will be the point of reference for everything related to the good condition of our shops and offices, following existing procedures as well as creating new ones for the local business.

Your main tasks will be :

  1. Manage ordinary and extraordinary maintenance: ensure the execution of the maintenance plan for the stores, work orders, repairs, and ensure the office/store environment is efficient, clean, and safe.
  2. Check the quality of maintenance works and create reports to ensure the maintenance service level as agreed.
  3. Create and maintain an archive with all maintenance documents and periodic activities.
  4. If needed, define a network of local suppliers to support stores faster, maintaining corporate standards and costs.
  5. Take the leadership of the Maintenance onboarding process for new colleagues: prepare, present, and keep it up to date.
  6. Coordinate cleaning, doorman/security services, and support the Retail team with IT and logistics partners.
  7. Ensure all administrative activities are under control and payment deadlines are met.
  8. Support New Store Openings: share (and archive) all store documents needed on time and ensure they are always up to date.
  9. Assist the Retail Coordinator with key handover.
  10. Collaborate with the Construction Manager to ensure stores are in good condition.
  11. Manage documentation and implementation of security cameras and alarms.
  12. Lead specific projects as defined with your Manager: ensure correct execution, respect deadlines, monitor performance, and take action if needed.
  13. Coordinate office management: ensure the office is well maintained and all IT devices are operational.
  14. Conduct periodic visits on the Retail network to ensure compliance.

On top of this, you have :

  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written
  • At least 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience in Retail is a plus
