Ali Spa, a subsidiary of Cento (FE), is seeking an HR Specialist for a reputable and structured company located in Castello D'Argile (BO). The candidate will report directly to the HR Manager and will be responsible for:

• Collecting employee hours and documentation for payroll processing (handled externally)
• Verifying payroll after external processing
• Managing employment contracts
• Handling termination procedures
• Conducting interviews for internal recruitment
• Organizing medical examinations
• Arranging training courses for staff

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Good ability to read and understand payslips
• Residence near the company's location

The position is part-time, 24 hours per week, spread over 4 days. Immediate availability is required.
