The Finance, HR & Legal division of Randstad Professional, specialized in the Search and Selection of Middle & Senior management profiles, is looking for a prestigious company in the luxury world for the following :

HR Manager

Reporting directly to the Operations Director and Commercial Director, the position will be responsible for managing and supervising the following activities :

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and practices to support business needs, support the General Management team in the development and execution of strategic human resources projects
  • Fix and monitoring key indicators related to labor costs, preparing analyses and reports to support strategic decisions
  • Managing payroll and administration processing with financial team and external providers ensuring compliance with current regulations
  • Oversee the employees development and growth programs with a geared towards method enhancing skills
  • Introduce digital tools and innovative methodologies for data management and the optimization of operational workflows in the HR field
  • Oversee internal communication activities to promote employee engagement, the sharing of goals, and a sense of belonging
  • Collaborate with department heads on defining and implementing periodic performance reviews for individuals and teams
  • Manage recruitment activities, independently handling all phases of the recruiting process to ensure the hiring of candidates who are in line with company needs
  • Support the design and delivering of training programs, including induction and mandatory training courses, create manuals and other materials for learning and training employees

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in law, economics, and / or humanities.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR Manager role within a structured and organized environment.
  • Champion initiatives that reinforce the company’s values, heritage, and family-oriented culture.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
