What You’ll Do :

• Take ownership of customer issues and deliver exceptional service.
• Perform on‑site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Support commissioning and site acceptance alongside project teams.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and operational procedures.
• Provide analytical service reports and suggest improvements.
• Participate in claim management and maintain service tools.
• Be ready for travel within Italy (50‑60% of the time)

What You'll Need :

• Education as Electrical Technician or Engineer (AC / DC, Low / Medium Voltage knowledge essential).
• Italian & English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
• Experience with Solar PV or battery storage solutions is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills in critical situations.
• Valid driving license
