Your skills
- 1+ years Level 2 Support at large enterprise companies
- Ideally background as IT technician (desktop support)
- Familiar with ticketing system
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- Good English and Italian language skills
Your tasks
- Onsite IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies
- Directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets of your users: setting up PC workplaces, installations, migrations and rollouts
- User administration via Active Directory
- Support with MS Office, Windows and other software issues
- Deal with stock / asset management
- Provide support on meeting room / conferencing room
- Provide smart hand support for Server and network devices
- Exit users with creative solutions and a service-orientated approach
Location: Mogliano Veneto (Treviso - fully onsite) | Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (with possibility to turn it into permanent)
