Technical Support Manager at CORCYM

POSITION SUMMARY

Ensure the reliability, availability, and safety of equipment and facilities while optimizing costs and performance through preventive, predictive, and improvement maintenance strategies. Apply Lean Management principles to optimize resources, quality, flexibility, and overall business competitiveness.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Define and implement maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, corrective) aligned with production and HSE goals.
  • Plan and schedule interventions on equipment, ensuring timely closure of work orders.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, costs, and economic indicators for maintenance.
  • Coordinate the maintenance team (technicians, supervisors), defining shifts, on-call availability, and skill development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and technical regulations; lead internal/external audits.
  • Perform root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement plans (TPM, Lean).
  • Manage spare parts: minimum levels, rotation, codification, vendor rating, service contracts, and external providers.
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and HSE to minimize downtime and improve OEE.
  • Support CAPEX projects, installations, and commissioning of new equipment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Knowledge of TPM principles and Lean methodologies
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and basic automation systems; ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
  • Teamwork attitude, precision and problem solving

EXPERIENCE

5–8 years in industrial or facility maintenance, with at least 2–3 years in leadership roles

EDUCATION

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Management) or technical diploma with equivalent experience.
