Power Utilities Senior Construction Project Manager - Data Centre

In this role, you will :

• Be a visible and proactive leader on site, ensuring health and safety standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee and coordinate work across multiple stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
• Take ownership of all snagging and quality assurance processes, driving resolution and adherence to schedules.
• Monitor and improve project processes to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Lead regular site meetings to track progress, resolve issues collaboratively, and communicate project impacts and risks clearly.
• Ensure all project protocols and safety procedures are consistently followed and actively championed.

We would love to hear from you if you :

• Have demonstrable experience managing utility infrastructure projects, ideally involving HV cabling and power distribution.
• Are confident leading multi-disciplinary teams in a site-based environment.
• Hold (or are working towards) a recognized Project Management qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)—support can be provided.
• Possess a relevant degree or equivalent industry experience in construction, electrical engineering, or project management.
• Communicate clearly, influence effectively, and demonstrate professionalism on site and with senior stakeholders.
• Excel at building positive relationships across clients, contractors, and internal teams.
