Self Storage Consulting Group (SSCG) is the leading provider of self storage third party management and we have an opportunity for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our faculties in Lodi & Ripon CA.

The candidate will be an independent, self-starter who has excellent janitorial and maintenance skills. Responsible for light maintenance on storage property and the cleaning of storage units.

*NOTE: Must have reliable transportation and Vehicle Insurance

What You Will Do

• Pulling weeds and removing debris
• Keep outdoor areas and walkways clear of trash and debris
• Perform minor repairs and Assist with maintenance projects as required
• Multi-task and manage multiple projects
• Will supervise projects with vendors and day to day processes of the Storage Facility
• Train new Maintenance Technicians at multiple locations
• Help prevent maintenance related problems before they arise

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to work with small electric hand tools
• Must have the ability to multi-task and manage projects in a timely manner
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions

Pay: $20-21

Schedule: Tues-Fri - 9-3pm - 32 hrs/week
