Contract analyst

For a multinational company specialized in developing and manufacturing medical devices and surgical products, we are looking for a CONTRACTS ANALYST.

The role involves interpreting complex contracts, efficiently managing processes, and collaborating with sales teams to support business priorities while ensuring data quality in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Managing the entire contract lifecycle, from data entry to reporting.
• Using tools such as Excel and Salesforce to create dashboards.
• Monitoring accounts.
• Analyzing data and supporting sales, legal, marketing, and finance teams.
• Participating in process improvement projects.
• Managing contract deadlines and supporting the preparation of quotes.
• Collaboration with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy in company systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business/technical field, or 5+ years of directly related work experience required.
• 2+ years in contract management with direct work within a contract lifecycle management program.
• Experience in Salesforce preferred, but not required.
• Experience in Excel.
• Strong background in a multi-discipline environment with the need for high flexibility.
• Ability to partner with key stakeholders in driving goals.
• Ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
