Stock Assistant

You support the Stock Manager in all responsibilities related to warehouse management and providing services to the Store. You ensure the correct handling of goods in store, complying with KPIs, guidelines, and company procedures for product care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines.
• Manage goods receipt and storage daily, preparing products for the sales floor and special areas while optimizing timing efficiency.
• Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines and timelines.
• Manage the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers), ensuring service levels are met.
• Handle the flow of damaged, not sellable products (On Hold, Consignment, etc.) and products under repair.
• Organize packaging and stationery physically and on IT systems.
• Manage display objects system and participate in the correct management of uniforms and gifts flow.
• Ensure proper protection and packaging of products inside the store and for transfers, including E-Commerce shipments.
• Adopt company guidelines in case of theft, supporting communication and documentation.
• Assist in investigating system negatives promptly.
• Record product movement and related documentation in the IT system.
• Participate in physical and cycle inventories, respecting timing guidelines.
• Support warehouse activities related to sales, ensuring security and cleanliness.
• Optimize and rationalize warehouse space in collaboration with Store Management.
• Support Sales Associates and collaborate with Visual Merchandising as needed.
• Maintain contacts with providers and organize archives monthly.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Leadership, organized, detail-oriented.
• 2-4 years of related experience, preferably in retail.
• Integrity, responsibility, and strong organizational skills.
