Description

We are looking for an experienced candidate who will execute Installation & Commissioning (I&C) of High Voltage Products at customer sites in Italy and abroad. The candidate will operate by strictly following Hitachi Energy's health, safety & environment standards to deliver on-time and with quality, meeting customer expectations.

How you’ll make an impact

Apply safety rules and environmental responsibilities. Report unsafe practices and incidents. Uphold core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions while caring for colleagues and the business.

Perform installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance independently. Identify technical problems and analyze them through remote or on-site activities, including site acceptance testing and oil treatment.

Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing work according to customer orders and expectations. Maintain good relationships with customers. Ensure all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for activities.

Prepare documentation and reports for customer signatures. Report work completed promptly and follow up as needed.

Troubleshoot simple equipment failures and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.

Provide operational and customer service improvement suggestions to management.

Your Background

Proficiency in Italian and English.

Experience in a similar role within the High Voltage Products field is a plus.

Ability to work independently and coordinate field technicians.

Flexibility and problem-solving skills.

Availability to travel mainly worldwide (90-100%).
