Your Responsibilities

  • Performing detailed failure analyses to determine the cause of product, component or system failures
  • Analyse failure reports and determine the root cause of the issues
  • Implementing tests to replicate failure modes and validate corrective actions
  • Make proposals for corrective actions
  • Creating and maintaining documentation of failures and their corresponding analyses
  • Collaborating with R&D, Production, and Quality teams to implement process and product improvements
  • Utilizing statistical tools and software to analyse failure data and trends
  • Perform risk assessments to prevent future failures
  • Presenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports and presentations

Your Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Electric - Electromechanical Engineering or related field
  • Experience with failure analysis techniques, such as FMEA, 8D or RCA
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience with quality control and/or manufacturing processes is a plus
  • Experience in power electronics development and/or failure analysis is a plus
