As the Field Applications Engineer - Wireless & Connectivity at Arrow Electronics, you will:

• Create design wins with customers aligned with EMEA supplier & technology strategies.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Territory Managers to define core customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, sales, and marketing teams.
• Guide customers in realizing their ideas and products.
• Assist engineers in selecting leading-edge electronic components and solutions.
• Participate in supplier training sessions.
• Develop optimal technical system solutions at the component level.
• Provide on-site technical advice and support to customers.
• Use technical leadership to maximize return on engineering investments.
• Drive demand creation through content and design influence.
• Partner with sales teams in pre- and post-sales activities.

Who are we looking for?

• Action-oriented, problem solver, customer-focused, results-driven.
• Passionate about electronics.
• 4+ years of experience in a technical role.
• Strong experience in wireless & connectivity products and services.
• Understanding of country electronics markets.
• Good communication skills.
• Business fluency in Italian and English.
