BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Junior Digital Merchandiser is responsible for the presentation, organization, and performance of the online product catalog, with the goal of maximizing sales and improving the shopping experience on the brand’s e‑commerce website. This role ensures that the assortment, product visibility, and merchandising strategies reflect the brand’s identity and meet the needs of the end customer.

WHAT MAKES UP YOUR DAY

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and optimize the online product catalog (product upload, categorization, descriptions and translations workflow, images, pricing).
  • Work on product enrichment, mapping product attributes and filters.
  • Define and implement the digital visual merchandising strategy, ensuring a brand‑consistent experience.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and ECVM for the creation, management, and use of content, ensuring consistency across the website, newsletters, and social media channels.
  • Participate in Buying sessions and contribute to order planning for the channel, based on pre‑buy analysis and central merchandising guidelines.
  • Define ad‑hoc product selections during the season for pages and newsletters to enhance cross‑selling.
  • Ensure the quality of the user experience through ongoing checks on content, links, filters, and navigation.
  • Monitor digital trends and best practices in the luxury fashion industry to propose innovations and optimizations for the website.
  • Provide support to local markets and other digital platforms.

WHAT MAKES YOU, MAKES OUR TEAM

For this role, we’re looking for someone with:

  • 1/2 years of experience in Digital Merchandising, E‑commerce, or Retail Buying roles, preferably within the fashion/luxury sector.
  • Good knowledge of major CMS and e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe).
  • Strong aesthetic sensitivity and understanding of luxury retail dynamics.
  • Ability to work in cross‑functional teams and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail, results‑oriented mindset, and analytical thinking.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written.
