Honeywell is looking for a SPOT Coordinator for our Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) division.

The SPOT Coordinator's role involves working closely with the field service team and customers to promote and grow the SPOT (Parts, T&M, and RQ) business.

The SPOT Coordinator is the face of Honeywell to the customer and interacts directly with end-users, peers, and vendors.

The role involves sharing knowledge of Honeywell solutions to enhance efficiencies and team capabilities.

Your responsibilities

  1. Receive requests from the field service team and sales professionals to provide quotes.
  2. Create estimates and bids.
  3. Propose new opportunities, support customers, verify customer information, follow up with customers, and proactively seek opportunities to sell more SPOT and generate revenue.
  4. Follow up on all open RQ where awaiting customer approval, obtaining purchase orders, and ensuring proper documentation.
  5. Keep track of all opportunities and understand the success rate for RQ.

Must have:

  • Significant experience in a related industry in a service-oriented role.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Motivated individual driven to go above and beyond.
  • Previous technical/installation experience.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Experience in estimations, bids, or small project management.
  • Ability to follow instructions and identify errors.
  • Post-secondary training in a technical discipline related to security, HVAC, or mechanical systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or technical/professional certificate.
