Job Opportunity: Junior/Senior Engineer

I'm looking for a junior or senior engineer to strengthen my team. We need someone who is strongly team-oriented.

Responsibilities / Tasks

The candidate will be responsible for proposing technical solutions that respect costs and development timelines, sharing decisions with the Manager and the team designers. Specifically, the role involves:

1. Defining technical specifications of the product based on the Manager's guidance and thermodynamic standards.
2. Designing thermodynamic and mechanical aspects of industrial plants.
3. Verifying compliance with directives, regulations, and industry standards.
4. Validating systems by defining requirements and verifying them.
5. Developing reliability and safety analyses.
6. Proposing innovative solutions within their expertise area during product development, whether new or existing, with support from the Manager and team designers.

Your Profile / Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of thermodynamics and experience in sizing and designing industrial plants. They are passionate about the subject, stay informed about technological advancements, and evaluate their benefits for innovative solutions in the company’s context and market.

• Experience of 3-5 years in mechanical design with specialization in thermodynamics of industrial machinery is appreciated.
• Ability to adapt, flexibility, eagerness to learn and face challenges, responsibility for their role and mistakes, resilience in the face of setbacks, and a mindset oriented towards learning and innovation.
• Skills in risk analysis and assessment in industrial fields, with a problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Flexibility and dynamism.
