Senior Cloud Engineer (Full Remote)

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer to design and maintain robust, scalable infrastructure for enterprise-grade applications. The role focuses on automation, reliability, and security in cloud environments.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and operate container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes / OpenShift)
• Apply Infrastructure as Code principles using tools like Terraform
• Develop automation scripts and workflows to streamline operations
• Implement strategies for backup, disaster recovery, and high availability
• Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency
• Support CI / CD pipelines and GitOps deployment models
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years in cloud engineering or DevOps roles
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes / OpenShift and major cloud providers (AWS / Azure)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash)
• Hands‑on experience with IaC tools and CI / CD systems (GitLab)
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards
• Excellent communication skills in English
