You will become the SPOC (single point of contact) for your strategic customersYou will be based in Pero (MI).**What You’ll Do*** Develop and execute Account Plans and budgets with key clients, focusing on value-based selling.* Manage commercial risks and ensure compliance with KONE business guidelines.* Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely resolution.* Oversee national agreements and manage a portfolio of strategic contracts.* Collaborate with Area Leaders to define account strategies and mobilize internal teams toward shared goals.**What We’re Looking For*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree* Italian mother tongue, fluent in English* Excellent Influencing skills* A customer-focused mindset and a passion for achieving results* Strong proficiency in MS Office and CRM toolsAt KONE, you’ll be part of a global team that values innovation, sustainability, and growth.
