The Heart of Your Mission

We are looking for a Junior Material Planning Specialist to join the Supply Chain team at our Gallarate (Varese) headquarters.

This is an operational role, with hands‑on responsibilities in the daily management of materials and inbound logistics flows. At the same time, it offers long‑term growth prospects within the Supply Chain function.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Reordering (call‑offs) of raw materials, packaging and third‑party products
  • Coordination with purchasing, production and quality departments
  • Monitoring stock levels and managing inventory turnover
  • Preparing monthly KPI reports and analyses
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of operational processes

What Will Help You Start Strong

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
  • Excellent command of both Italian and English – both languages will be tested during the selection process
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Solid analytical skills and problem‑solving orientation
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI or similar) is a plus
