Position Summary

We're looking for a Junior HR Manager in Montano Lucino (CO) or Arco (TN) location.

In compliance with company policies, contribute to the management of plant human resources.

Main Opportunities and Challenges

  • Organization: Contribute to improve the organizational model of the plant and ensure the right implementation of standard structures, processes, responsibilities, skills, and profiles.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Collaborate with Line Managers and Temp Agencies for Blue Collars recruitment and contribute to white collars recruitment.
  • Training and People Development: Coordinate and implement the Individual Development Plans (IDP) and organize plant training projects, onboarding, and induction for new hires.
  • Business Partnership and KPI Management: Support in ensuring HR KPIs such as labor cost, holidays usage, absenteeism, overtime, and turnover, proposing improvement actions monthly.
  • Internal Communication: Support communication processes and special projects.
  • EHS Norms and Procedures Management: Ensure industrial safety and plant property safeguarding in collaboration with the EHS Manager.
  • Labor Relations: Ensure proper application of labor laws, collective agreements, and company regulations; contribute to union negotiations.

Job Position Requirements

  • Education: University Master’s degree in Economics or Law.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role within a multinational company.
  • Hard Skills: Knowledge of labor law, fluency in English, proficiency in MS Office; a Master in Human Resources Management is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Leadership, team player attitude, communication skills, problem-solving abilities.
