Ensures timely, cost-effective, and reliable transportation of goods across the Europe. Translates supply plans into efficient transport execution while collaborating closely with warehouses, carriers, and customer service teams.

Your core responsibilities at a glance:

• Plan and schedule transportation activities in line with supply and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with 3PLs, carriers, customs brokers, and warehouses to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
• Optimize transport routes, loads, and cost while maintaining high service levels.
• Monitor transport performance and resolve exceptions or delays proactively.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance including creation of export/import instructions as needed per country-specific flows.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment.
• Contribute to transport-related projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Support sustainability goals by optimizing CO₂ emissions and transport model

The ideal recipe for our new Transport Planner:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• 3+ years of experience
• Proficiency in English
• T ransport Management Systems (TMS), e.g., SAP TM, Oracle Transport Management
• Excel and transport tracking tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Solid understanding of European transport operations and incoterms.
• Familiarity with shipment documentation and compliance, including export declarations, T1/T2 documentation, CMRs, and packing lists.
• Knowledge of transport cost structures and carrier performance metrics.
• Experience coordinating with external logistics provider
