Technical Sales Development Representative - EMEA

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, results‑driven SDR to drive growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers to create a steady pipeline for our Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation – research and target accounts matching our ICP using cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Lead Qualification – engage inbound and outbound prospects, assess needs and budget using frameworks such as BANT, and articulate our product’s value to technical stakeholders.
- Outreach and Relationship Building – serve as the first point of contact, build rapport, and tailor messaging to address specific Edge AI challenges.
- Meeting / Demo Setting – schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the AE team.
- CRM Management and Reporting – log all activity in HubSpot, Salesforce or similar to maintain accurate data and smooth hand‑offs.
- Collaboration – work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine lead‑generation strategies and stay current on industry trends.
- Feedback Loop – share field insights with marketing and product to improve ICP and product‑market fit.
Qualifications
- Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; technical, scientific or engineering background preferred.
- Experience – 2+ years in sales, telemarketing or business development, preferably in enterprise software, AI or computer vision.
- Communication – exceptional written and verbal communication, confident phone presence, strong active listening.
- Mindset – self‑motivated, tenacious, resilient, able to handle rejection in a high‑volume environment.
- Organizational Skills – strong time management, organization, and prioritization.
- Technical Proficiency – familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Domain Interest – strong interest in semiconductor technology and AI or Edge AI applications is highly preferred.

Location
Flexible arrangement with hybrid options from our offices in Leuven (Belgium), Amsterdam / Eindhoven (Netherlands), Florence / Milan (Italy) or Bristol (United Kingdom). Remote work also available.
