Long Play Restaurant sedang membuka lowongan untuk posisi Penuh waktu Office Assistant di Pererenan, Bali. Lamar sekarang untuk menjadi bagian dari tim kami.

• Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini.
• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp8,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per bulan.

Duties include

• Maintaining company documentation and order in the office.
• Google Maps, TripAdvisor management.
• Be able to manage room booking services (Booking, Airbnb, etc…).
• Searching for contractors (furniture makers, builders, landscapers, roofers) and the best prices for services.
• Searching for personnel for service facilities.
• Assisting the director and owners of the company.
• Maintaining the office in a safe and working condition.
• Performing other minor assignments of senior management.

The work location is in the Canggu area, but occasional trips to the southwestern part of Tabanan to the location of the service facility are possible.

Candidate requirements

• Conversational English, for communication with management.
• Experience in a similar position for at least one and a half years.
• Knowledge of office equipment and experience working with it.
• Availability of a laptop and ability to work with office programs.
• Desire for growth and development in their position.

Schedule 5/2, BPJS, THR after one year of cooperation. Salary 10mln/month (inc food and petrol). Salary for probation period 8mln (1-3 month).
