HSE Specialist

For its QHSE & Sustainability Division, Bouygues E&S Italia S.p.A. is looking for a

HSE Specialist

Reporting hierarchically to the Sector Manager , the HSE Specialist will support the execution of health, safety, and environmental activities within the Technical Facility Management division.

In particular, the HSE Specialist will be responsible for :

• Drafting and updating procedures, manuals, instructions , and all site and system documentation;
• Assisting the QHSE office during corporate audits, certifications, and administrative procedures ;
• Preparing the necessary documentation to facilitate site access for workers ;
• Managing both physical and digital archives of the office.

Required Qualifications :

• Educational background in Prevention Techniques in the Environment and Workplace ;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ;
• Organizational skills ;
• Good knowledge of the English language ;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ;
• At least two years of experience in the role.
