We are seeking professionals passionate about innovation and financial services to strengthen our Control Room unit. The ideal candidate will support monitoring activities, first-level actions, and active infrastructure monitoring in a dynamic environment.

Your Role

Your duties include:

• Managing IBM Z/OS systems (e.g., TSO, Omegamon, QManager, System Automation)
• Operational management of IBM TWS and Control-M schedulers
• Supporting administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft OS, Clusters, Red Hat, VMWare, and Citrix
• Understanding threats, vulnerabilities, and security protocols
• Network architecture, encryption, and security software comprehension
• Communicating security issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Creating and monitoring metrics to evaluate service efficiency

Other duties

Additional tasks may be assigned as the role expands.

Your Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics, or high school diploma with relevant experience
• Passion for innovation and financial services
• Preferred experience in financial services, consulting, or ICT
• Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in Italian and English
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer orientation
• Availability for shifts, including nights and weekends, to ensure 24/7 coverage
