Overview

Timberland EMEA is looking for an exceptional Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales team based in Milan, Italy. As a Sales Support Specialist for Franchise accounts, you’ll support the Franchise Manager in driving commercial success across a network of franchise partners. You’ll help ensure brand consistency, optimize product assortments, and support sales growth through collaborative planning and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing relationships with franchise partners across designated regions (Italy, Iberia, Greece)
  • Support seasonal planning, product allocation, and order management
  • Monitor franchise store performance and provide actionable insights
  • Coordinate with marketing and visual merchandising teams to ensure brand alignment
  • Help execute training programs and operational standards for franchisees
  • Track KPIs such as sell-through, inventory turnover, and revenue targets
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support new store openings and expansion initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Management, or related field
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
  • Passion for fashion, retail, and brand development
  • Fluent in English – Spanish is a plus
  • Experience in retail, wholesale, or franchise operations
  • Understanding of franchise business models and retail dynamics
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to grow into a senior KAM role
