As an Italian-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, focusing on delivering exceptional service through phone, email, and chat. Your role will revolve around ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and leaves the customer satisfied.
Delivering High-Quality Support: Engage with Italian-speaking customers, answering queries with accuracy, patience, and professionalism. You’ll help customers feel heard and supported, delivering clear and effective solutions tailored to their needs.

Accurate Documentation: Log and maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. This ensures continuity of service and helps identify improvement opportunities.
Spotting Patterns and Trends: Recognize recurring queries and issues and share these insights to help enhance the service experience.

Native or near-native fluency in Italian
Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Genuine passion for helping people and providing excellent service
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work on-site in Lisbon
Adaptability to a multicultural and dynamic work environment
Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or similar roles (helpful but not required)
Knowledge of home appliances
Previous experience living or working abroad
