Junior System Engineer (Defence Sector)

RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior System Engineer (Defence Sector) to join its office in ROME within theElectronics and System EngineeringDivision.

Mission

The candidate will join the system and integration engineering team which activities include :

• Technical support to the definition, verification and validation of systems for clients from the industrial / defence / aerospace sectors;
• System analysis and evaluation against standards and norms;
• Client’s on field support for integration, testing and acceptance.

Key Accountabilities

• System / Subsystem Integration and Support : to contribute to drafting / updating technical documentation.
• Testing and Validation : to support to systems and subsystems test (in-house and on-field).
• Documentation and Reporting : to review and update of technical documentation.
• Collaboration and Coordination : to prepare and present reports on the performed activities.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Electronics

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of English language.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical / electrical / electromechanical / hydraulic systems
• Reading and interpretation of technical drawings
• Ability to perform risk analyses
