Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze service tickets to identify potential product issues
  • Study logs, connectivity problems, and software update faults
  • Diagnose hardware and mechanical failures on returned units
  • Classify faults by frequency, nature, and impact
  • Support the R&D department in investigating quality claims and contribute to the 8Ds process for design-related issues
  • Assist in root cause analysis and define interim and hardware corrective actions, from design to implementation
  • Provide technical instructions to repair centers and verify the application and effectiveness of countermeasures
  • Coordinate with the Data Science & Analysis team to leverage remotely available data for improvement analysis
  • Contribute to the definition and validation of early failure detection algorithms and support the enhancement of diagnostic and monitoring software
  • Translate findings into new product requirements

Your Qualifications & Skills

  • MSc in Electronics Engineering or equivalent with proven knowledge of power electronics devices
  • Solid background and professional experience in R&D or Product Quality departments, with strong understanding of design, validation, and complex organizational processes
  • Skilled in problem-solving methodologies (8Ds, Ishikawa, 5 Whys), root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • Familiarity with statistics, data management, ERPs, CAD, FEM, and Office tools
  • Strong analytical thinking, abstraction, and modeling skills, combined with proactiveness, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Effective communicator with negotiation skills, teamwork mindset, and empathy
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, with strong motivation for the role
  • Fluent in English, Italian and/or German
