Technical Sales Specialist (Part-Time, 35 hrs/week) – Milan, Italy

Our client is looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to become the go-to expert for their clients and partners. This is a 35 hours/week position based in Milan, Italy, offering a unique opportunity to work in the fast-growing renewable energy sector.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver monthly training sessions to distributors, installers, and EPCs on product solutions, installation, and commissioning.
• Identify and elevate sales challenges, ensuring timely resolution and communication to customers.
• Visit key partners regularly to gather feedback and new portfolio requests.
• Analyze local market trends, competitor portfolios, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with the sales team to validate forecasts and portfolio accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical/business field.
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is a big plus.
• Strong communication and commercial skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a bonus.
