You will
- Act as a player-coach – closing deals while leading and eventually managing a team
- Take full ownership of your function and have a real voice in strategic decisions
- Win new business and expand Archer’s client base across Malta
- Shape and improve the business development and sales functions

What We’re Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Account Executive, Business Development Consultant, Specialist Business Development, Senior Business Developer, Team Lead…)
- A resilient, driven mindset – someone who actively pursues ambitious goals
- A genuine desire to lead a team and contribute to long-term success
- Eu Passport or Citizenship with the ability to live and work in Malta

- Base salary + uncapped commission + performance bonuses
